Since 1966 SALER SAS has been coating fabrics on behalf of third parties, as well as producing pictorial canvas under the CARAVAGGIO CANVAS brand.The entire production process, from the initial preparation to the final packaging including all the quality control phases, takes place in our factory located in Gallarate, 30 km north of Milan.Our canvas is made from different types of fibre, cotton, linen, jute or polyester; we would also like to emphasise that the ingredients used to prepare the base are not of animal origin, so it is totally vegetarian and vegan.Our wide range is the result of a careful selection over the years of top quality raw materials and can satisfy any request from the art market; in fact we sell in Italy, Europe and all over the world.We produce about 5,000 linear metres per day and in 2019 our production exceeded 2,000,000 square metres.Fifteen years ago we entered the world of high quality digital printing destined for pictorial subjects (artistic reproductions) and graphic arts, creating a range of Canvas ad hoc.This is how our Inkjet Canvas Matt or Glossy, for solvent/eco-solvent inks and for Latex inks, whose processing covers about 150,000 square metres per year.For several years now, we have decided to exhibit our products at CREATIVEWORLD. This is the world's largest and most important trade fair for the DIY sector.Every year, it attracts more than 9,000 trade visitors from all over the world, and it is here in Frankfurt that the most important entrepreneurs and newcomers to the industry meet.The variety of products presented during the Creativeworld is enormous, we as a company SALER SAS showcase our wide range of canvas through our recognizable brand CARAVAGGIO CANVAS, made in Italy.Our many years of experience in textile coating can satisfy many camps of application, for example in home wear, curtains, outdoor fabrics, awnings, sun umbrellas, nautical covers and flame retardant protective clothing.We have three coating lines and reach a production capacity of 35,000 mtl/day.The protective layer we apply allows us to obtain special technical characteristics on the fabrics, such as chemical resistance, water repellence (waterproofness), anti-abrasion, printability and fire protection (fireproofing).CARAVAGGIO CANVAS and SALER SAS offer products and solutions aimed at achieving the best results in the various stages of preparation, paying attention to production times, costs and above all environmental protection.Today we are faced with a constantly changing market situation and consequently we adapt to the changing demands of our customers.
